-submitted: list of books for which i pine to santa claus. kept it to 10. 5 fiction and 5 non-fiction. i doubt my mom will buy me a book about war. she'd be much happier if i just read that new alice munro. perhaps i'd be happier as well.
-ordered: a vacuum cleaner from cdntire.ca. does this make me strangely domesticated? hip and chic due to internet shopping? lazy, crampy and scared of the cold? all of the above i suppose.
-listented: to michael franti talking about bringing soldiers (in israel) and palestinians together through bob marley songs. he said that music works on a much higher level than politics and can thus accomplish much more.
-wished: i didn't have to study for exams and could just go home or go snowboarding.
