the national news did broadcast from gb last night. and i saw several familiar faces in the audience. even my mommy. i'm real glad they didn't seguay (?) from the family who all stayed on the island to the part about the son who was selling pot to survive. doesn't exactly paint that rosy picture we were going for, does it? should we be playing up the fact that there's not a lot of decent work available? i suppose we did without providing the gory details.
pride and contempt. that about sums up my feelings about home.

ian hanomansing is the hottest thing on canadian news. but he has a dork hair-do. i've proposed to several individuals that ian be given a hipper style, not as extreme as that jian gomeshi or those fools on smart ask. but he's young-ish and respectable and the wave makes him look a tad stuffy. postcard campaign anyone?
